<br />of the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, passed, under the terms and
<br />provisions of the last will and testament of the said Edward Dearing, deceased, by absolute, title,
<br />to William T.Dearing,Edwa.rd B.Dearing,Opal Dearing Duga.n,Edward B.Dearing,as Trustee °for label
<br />Green,Edward B.Dearing as Trustee for Martha Irvin,and William T.Dea.ring as Trustee for Lillie
<br />Dearing Underwood,share and share alike,subject only to the life estate therein devised to the
<br />said Lydia Dearing, surviving widow of said Edward Dewring,deceased.
