'IGLBZ F, J r 553( owing;to be held,managed and invested and from time to time re- invested by said trustee,or his successor in trust,for the use,benefit and advantage of my said wife,Lydia Dearing,during her natural life,and to pay to "the said Lydia Dearing, semi - annually, the income from said trust fund and so much of the principal of said trust fund as shall be necessary for the proper and suitab support of-the said Lydia Deuri ng, during her natural life. Upon the death of my said wife, Lydia De"ring,taid Eight Thousand Dollar trust fund,or so much thereof as remains is to become a part of my residuary estate. In the event of the death of the said William T.Dearing,or his inabilityi to act as such trustee,I nominate and appoint my son,Edward B.Dearing,as successor in trust to the said William T.Deuring, trustee. - The provisions herein contained in favor of my said wife,Lydia Dearing,are to be in lieu of and are to be accepted by her in full of all her rights of whatsoever nature in and to the estat� of which I shall die the owner. Fourth. I give,devise and bequeath to my son.William T.Deuring,an undivided one seventh of all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both real and personal,and including the remainders over under the former paxagra.phs of this %will, to have and to hold the same forever. I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Edward B.De4.ring,as trustee in trust for my daughter, Lillie Dearing Underwood.and to his successor in trust,an undivided one seventh of all the rest,' residue and remainder of my estate,both real and personal,and including the remainders over under the former paragraphs of this will,to be held,ipa,naged,invested and reinvested by said trustee,or his successor in trust,for the sole use and benefit of my said daughter,Lillie Dear- ing Underwood,and only the income from said trust estate raid semi - annually to the said Lillie Dearing Underwood,so long as she remains the wife of Lyman Underwood-Should my said daughter, Lillie Dearing Underwood, ceased to be the wife of the said Lyman Underwood,then and in that event the principal sum of said trust estate shall immediately become the absolute property of my said daughter Lillie Dearing Undervrood,und shall be turned over to her without delay by said trustee,or his successor in trust. In the event of the death of my said daughter,Lillie Dearing Underwood,while still the wife of the said Lyman Underwood,then and in that event I give,devise and bequeath said trust estate so held by the said Edward B.Dewring,as trustee in trust for the said Lillie Dearing Underwood, or his successor in trust at the time of the a*Vath of the said Li ie Dearing Underwood, to my children,William T.
