,'550 <br />not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore barred and excluded; that no claims of any <br />nature were filed and allowed against said estate. <br />'. It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the administrator of the estate of <br />William F.Nickel, deceased, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final <br />account and he is discharged of his trust and his bond released. <br />It is further cons dred by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting <br />up any claims or demands against the estate of William F.Nickel, deceased, and that said estate <br />is fully settled and closed. <br />The court finds that the said William F.Nickel departed this life on the 18th day of September, <br />1919, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate leaving surviving him as <br />his heir at law, and his only heir at law, his son, Orthello W.Nickel, that his wife preceded <br />him in death and that he left no other children surviving him. <br />The court finds that the said William F.Nickel died seized in fee of the following described <br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to- wit: Lots Numbered Fifteen <br />(lb) and Seventeen (17), in Block Four (4), of College Addition to Test Lawn, i n the City of <br />Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, and that under the law of descent of real estate in <br />Nebraska, all of the right, title and interest of the said William F.Nickel in and to said real <br />estate did pass and descend at his death to Orthello W.Nickel in absolute title. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that the title to the above ddscribed real estate passed-- <br />and descended by operation of law, at the death of the said William F.Nickel, to Orthello W.Nicbjl; <br />son of the intestate, in absolute title. <br />State of Nebraska, <br />ss. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge <br />Hall County <br />In <br />the County Court <br />of Hall County, Nebraska <br />I, J.H.Mullini <br />County Judge of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />do hereby certify that I have compared the <br />foregoing copy of Final Decree in the matter of the estate of William F.Nickel, Deceased with <br />the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript <br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a, court of Record having a <br />sea4 which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign cert#ficatee <br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, <br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at <br />Grand Island, this 12th day of April, 1920. <br />(SEAL) <br />Filed for record on the 12 day of April 1920 at 2:30 o'clock P.M. <br />J .
