<br />if any such there be,are therefor forever barred and excluded..
<br />The court finds that the said Carl F. Rickert departed this life on or about 29th day of
<br />July,1919,being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died
<br />intestate, leaving surviving him as his heirs at law,and his only heirs at law, the following
<br />named persons:
<br />Amanda Rickert Kink," daughter,Fred Rickert," son,George Rickert," son,Charles H.Rickert,u
<br />son,Bertha Rickert Schroeder," daughter and Christina Rickert Schwa,rtz,a daughter;that his wife
<br />preceded him in death.
<br />The court finds that the said Carl F.Rickert died seized in fee of an undivided one -third
<br />interest in the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of
<br />Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The Fast half of the North -west Quarter (EJ NW-L) of Section Fourteen (14),in Township Ten
<br />(10),in Range Twelve (12),and that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State, of
<br />Nebraska,ull of the interest of said deceased in and to said real estate did pass and descend
<br />at his death, intestate, to the said Amanda Rickert Kink,Fred Rickert,Gecrge Rickert. Charles H.
<br />Rickert,Bertha Rickert Schroeder and Christina Rickert Schwartz,in equal shares and in absolute
<br />title.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court ti,..t all c:f the right,title and interest of Carl F.
<br />Rickert in and to the above iLentioned and described real estate descended at his death to the
<br />said above named children of the deceased in`equal shares.
<br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever burred from filing or sett
<br />ing up any claims or demands against the estate of said deceased and that said estate is fully
<br />settled and closed.
<br />It is further ecnsidered and adjudged by the court that the report of 'the administrator of
<br />the estate of Carl F. Rickert, deceased, be and the same hereby is approved, ratified and allowed
<br />as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust and his bond is released.
