<br />ament of Ellen T- Decker,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court, That on the 25th day of
<br />August 1919, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Ellen J. Decker.deceas�d,

<br />Ellen J. Decker, Deceased. } Now on this 28th day of February,1920, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Walter Lee Sherich,executor of the last will and testament of ii

<br />Ellen J.Decker,deceesed, it satisfactorily appearing to the court from the proof now on file that
<br />all persons interested in the estate of said deceased have entered their voluntary appearance he. ein,,
<br />waived time and further notice, and have requested that said report be approved and allowed by
<br />c ourt.
<br />After a full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all re-
<br />spects and ought to be allowed,and that the said executor has accounted for all of said estate
<br />which came to his possession or under his control;that he has paid the costs of administration
<br />and all claims filed and allowed against said estate and that there remains in his possession ne
<br />money or other property belonging to said estate.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to creditors of said deceased,as required by law and
<br />the order of court, as to the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against said
<br />estate;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims and demand
<br />outstanding against said decease of so filed,af any such there be,are,therefore,forever barred
<br />and excluded.
<br />It is,therefore,considered and adjudged by the court that the report of Walter Lee Sherich,e'e-
<br />cutor,be and the same hereby is --approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is di -
<br />charged of his trust and his bond rele4sed.. �

<br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred, precluded and ex-

<br />cluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Ellen J.Decker,de -i
<br />ceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Ellen J.Deeker departed this life obi the 14th day of July,191gil
<br />being at the time of her death a. resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she left a last wild
<br />and testament which instrument was duly proved and allowed in this court on the 25th day of Aug.
<br />ust,1919,and entered of record. !�
<br />The court finds that Eli Decker,surviving husband of the said Ellen J.Decker,decea.sed has j
<br />filed in this court his election to take under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska.in
<br />lieu of the provisions made for him in said last will and testament.
<br />The court finds that the said Ellen J.Decker died seized in fee of the following described
<br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />Lot Nine (9) in Block Sixteen (16) and Lots Four (4) and Five (5) in Block Twenty -six (26),
