<br />I.Ellen J.Decker,of the City of Grand Island,County of Ha11,State of Nebraska,do hereby make,
<br />publish and declare,this my last Will and Testament,as follows:
<br />1.
<br />I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband Eli Decker, for the term of his natural lif
<br />all real property,and all interests in real property ,which I may own at my death. or over which I
<br />may have any power of disposition.

<br />I give,devise and bequeath unto my executor.hereinafter named, after the death of my said hus
<br />band,Eli Decker.and by way of remainder after the life estate of said Eli Decker,all real proper
<br />and all interests in real property which I may own at my death,
<br />or over which I may have gny power of dispositi on, in trust,however, to have and to hold for and
<br />during the natural life of my beloved daughter Ida B. Sherich, for the use and benefit of said Ida
<br />B.Sherich,as follows:said trustee shall collect the income,rents and profits of said property,and`
<br />r
<br />after paying all taxes,oharges and expenses incident to the proper care of said property.shail paj
<br />the sum : remaining.being the net income from said property.unto my said daughter Ida B.Sherich
<br />during the term of her natural life;but my said daughter shall have no power to alien,convey or
<br />further incumber said property or to put any charge or lien thereon,pr to anticipate or assign sai
<br />income,nor shall said property be subject to any debts contracted by my said daughter or to the
<br />claims of her creditors or of any other person whomsoever.

<br />Upon the death of my said daughter Ida B.Sherich,if she survive me,or upon the death of my
<br />husband Eli Decker,should my said daughter die before me and my said husband survive me,or upon
<br />my death should I survive both my said daughter and my said husband,I give,devise and bequeath
<br />unto my beloved grundsons,Walter Lee Sherich,Harley Sherich and Vernon Sherich,all real property
<br />and all interests in real
