11GI BZ <br />1 <br />1 <br />537^ <br />est child of said August Mieth and prays that letters of administration may be granted to him <br />upon the goods,chattels,rights,and credits of the said August Misth,deeeased. <br />STATE OF IMBRASKA, <br />as. <br />BALL COUNTY.. ) <br />August L.Mieth being first duly sworn deposes and says that he is the <br />petitioner above,that the facts set forth in the foregoing petition are true as he verily be- <br />lieves. <br />Subscribed in my presence and sworn to before me this 140 day of s`une 1890. <br />Above petitions were filed in the office of the County Judge of Hall County on June 16,1890.. <br />COPY OF EECREFF,RECORDED IN PROBATE RECORD "2 ",PAGE 5157- <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ) <br />AUGUST MIETH,LATE OF HALL COUNTY,) <br />DECEASED. ) On this 19" day of June 1890, this cause came on for hear- <br />ing and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that all parties interested in the appoint <br />ment of administrator of said estate had had due legal personal notice of the application for th <br />appointment of administrator the Court lf*nds that the facts set forth in the petitions heretofor <br />filed are true and that said August Mieth died on or about the 210 day of May 1890 and that he <br />died intestate; that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law the follow- <br />ing named children:- Frederick E.Mieth,Emma Ruhsen,Bertha Mieth,Ida Mieth and August L.Mieth,, <br />all of whom came into court at that time and it appearing to the satisfaction of-the Court that <br />August L.eth was .& proper party to be appointed administrator of said estate, ordered that he <br />be and he is hereby appointed administrator of the estate of August Mieth, late of Hall County,, <br />deceased and required to give bond in the sum of $5000.00 for the faithful performance of his <br />duties as such administrator and upon filing and approval of bond, letters of administration do <br />issue <br />It is further ordered that the creditors of said estate have seven months from the 190 day <br />June 1890 in which to file their claims against said estate;and that all claims so filed be <br />heard on the 210 day of January 1891,and that the administrator have one years time in which to <br />dispose of the personal property of said estate and pay the debts thereof 4nd make a final sett. <br />lement with the court. <br />On the same day administrator filed Bond with approved surety and Letters of Administration <br />are issued. <br />COPY OF 7INAL DECREE AS RECORT7D IN 'OROBA.TE RECORD Z,AT PAGE 658. <br />In the matter of the estate of.) <br />) On this 90 day of May 1891,oame August L.Mieth,Administrator <br />August Mieth,deceased. ) <br />of said estate and filed in open Court his duly verified report of his doings as such adm4nis <br />trator and also filed contract between the heirs of said estate in reference to settlement and <br />disposition of the personal property belonging to said estate and praying that said report be <br />allowed and that he be finally discharged.Also filed request signed by all of the heirs that <br />settlement be made with said administrator without publishing any notice. <br />And upon examination o?`,,said-report,I find that the same is true and correct in all respects. <br />It is therefore ordered that said administrator be and he is hereby discharged from any fur- <br />ther attendance in this oourt as such administrator and his bond ordered cancelled.. <br />Witness my hand and the seal of said County Court this 90 day of May 1891. <br />(SEAL) <br />.Clifford. <br />County ,Tudges" <br />
