<br />I,Thomas B.Robb of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, c onside ring the uncertainty of
<br />this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory,blessed be God for the same,do make and pub -,
<br />4lish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />i.I direct that my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my estate,and all my debts
<br />be paid out of my personal property.
<br />2.I give and bequeath all of the residue of my esta.te,both real and perscnal,whether now owned
<br />by me or hereafter acquired,as follows.
