Isak 0]:sen,Deceaasd.. } This cause coming on to be heard before me this 15th day of November 1919, there being present Olof B.Olson the petitioner by ArtYkur C.Mayer,his attorneyl4nd after hearing the testimony the court finds that due and legal notice of the pendency of this action was given to the creditors,heirs and all other persons interested in said estate by pub- lication for a period of three consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Herald,the first publicatioi being on the 16th day of October 1919 and the last publication being on the 30th day of October 1919,and the court finds that Isak Olsen departed this life in the County of Hall,State of Neb- raska on the 16th day of July 1889 intestate; that he left as his heir' at le w and only heir at law Olof B.Olson his son,and said Olof B.Olson is now the owner of the premises described in this decree. The court further finds that said Isak Olsen died intestate, that more than two years have elapsed since the date of his death and that no administration of his estate has ever been had nor has application for an administrator been made in any court.. The Court further finds that the said Isak Olsen died seized of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter (SE4NE4) of section twenty -five (25) township twelve (12) North Range nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County Nebraska; that said premises are not liable for the pay- ment of any debts of said deceased;that it is unnecessary to appoint an administrator or to proceed further with the administration in said estate and IT Ir ORnFRFD that regular administration of said estate be dispensed with and that this decree shall stand as a decree of heirship; that said premises desd6nded at the date of the dea of said deceased to Olof$Olson,free and clear of all claims and dera nds of all persona whomsoev excepting each encumbrances as may have been of record on said 16th day of July A.
