<br />intestate, as above stated, more than two years prior to the filing of the petition in this cause;
<br />that no application for appointment of an administrator of his estate his ever been - made,,nor ha

<br />any administration upon his estate ever been had in the state of Nebraska.; that he died intestate
<br />as the owner in fee of the real estate hereinabove described situate in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which real estate,is now owned by said Frederic T.Steele and Elizabeth Ls Steele, petitioners herein,
<br />who are interested persons and qualified to file said petition and prosecute this cause; that said
<br />Charles N.Steele was a widower at the time of his death and left no issue or descendants him our
<br />i
<br />viving and left ass his heir and only heir at laser the said William N- Steele, his father, who bore
<br />f
<br />the relation to him of surviving father, and that said above described real estate did pass and
<br />descend, by absolute title, to the said William N.Steele, surviving heir at law of said deceased,
<br />under the law of descent then in force in the state of Nebraska, and is so hereby awarded to him
<br />as of the date of the death of said deceased. That all debts of said deceased, if any there be
<br />and of his estate, are forever barred and precluded; that fprther administration of the estate
<br />of said Charles N.Steele, deceased, is hereby dispensed with, and said estate settled and for -
<br />ever closed..

<br />f ; and after hearing the testimony the court finds that due and legal notice of the pendency of th
<br />action was given to the creditors, heirs and all other persons interested in said estate by pub-
<br />lication for a period of three consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Herald, the first public&-

<br />Lion being on the 1st day of January,1920 and the last publication being on the 15th day of J
<br />uary,1920, and the court finds that Cora J.Evans departed this 11ife in the County of Fall River
<br />and state of Sputh Dakota on the 26th day of Tune.1899 intestate, but that she was at that time
<br />a resident of the City of Seattle in the State of Washington;. that she left as her heirs at law
<br />and only heirs at law Fred T.Evans her husband, sometimes was known as Fred T.Evana Jr.,Joe S

<br />Evans and Fred T.Evans,Jr. two sons of said deceased and who,.at the date of her decease were

<br />over the age of 21 years; that George Walker is now the owner of the premises described in this
