<br />The Court further finds that said deceased left surviving her as her only heirs at law, her
<br />husband, Charles N..Steele, and her mother, Anna Eliza Brown., then a widow; that she died withou
<br />issue or descendants, and that her father had preceded her in death, and that both of said heirs
<br />at law were more than twenty -one years of age at the time of her death; that said deceased died ._
<br />seized as thb,owner in fee simple and of an estate of inheritance in the following described real
<br />estate situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: The Northwest quarter of Section 36, in Townshir
<br />9 North, Range 10 West, which real estate did, on the deuth of said Lilli an Anna Steele, descend,
<br />by operation of law. udder the law of descent then in force in the state of Nebraska, to the said
<br />Charles N.Steele. surviving husband, and Anna Eliza Brown, , surviving mother, of said deceased,
<br />in equal shares as tenants in common. one -half to each, and that the degrees of kinship of. said
<br />heirs at law to said deceased were that of surviving husband and mother; that after the death of
<br />the said deceased the said Anna Eliza Brown conveyed by good and sufficient deed of conveyance,
<br />of her interest in said above described real estate to said Charles N. Steele, surviving husband
<br />of said deceased, and that the above named petitioners are now the owners by purchase, through
<br />a mesne conveyances, of said above described premises from the heirs at law of said Lillian Anna
<br />Steele and the heir at lax of said Charles N.Steele, who died on or about July 28. 1909, and as
<br />such owners of said premises are qualified persons to file said petition and presecute this ca.usi
<br />The Court further finds that more than two years have elapsed since the death of said Lillian
<br />Anna Steelet; that she died intestate; that her funeral expenses and other debts have been fully
<br />paid, and that all other claims or debts of said estate and of said deceased, 'Af -any exist, &re
<br />forever barred and precluded, and that the costs of these proceedings have been paid by said
<br />petitioners.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE By THE COURT ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECP►F.ED that the said Lillian Anna Steele
<br />died intestate as above stated, more than two yeaxs:,prior to the filing of the petition in this
<br />cause; that no application for appointment of administrator of her estate has ever been made,
<br />nor has any administration upon her estate been had in the state of Nebraska; that she died
<br />seized as the owner in fee of an estate of inheritance in the real estate above described sit -
<br />uate in Hall County, Nebraska, which real estate is now owned by Frederic T.Steele and Elizabeth
<br />t L.Steele, petitioners herein, who are interested persons and qualified to file said petition and
<br />prosecute this cause; that said Lillian Anna Steele left surviving her as her heirs and only
<br />heirs at law her said husband, Charles N.Steele, and her mother, Anna .Eliza Brown, who bore the
<br />relation of surviving husband and mother to said deceased, and that upon her death the above
<br />described real estate did pass and descend, by absolute title, to said Charles N.Steele and Anna
<br />Eliza, Brown, surviving heirs at law of said deceased. in equal shares as tenants in common, and
<br />is so hereby awarded to them as of the date of the death of said deceased, ws provided by the
<br />law of descent in force in the state of Nebraska at said time, and that said petitioners are now
<br />the owners, through mesne conveyances, of said premises; that all debts of said deceased, if any
<br />there be, and of her estate, are forever,barred and precluded; that further administration of
<br />her estate is hereby dispensed with, and said estate settled and forever closed.
