Eaton, deceased, praying for a settlement of the estate of said deceased, a deter- <br />mination of her heirs, their degree of kinship and right of descent to her real estate, and said <br />petitioner being represented by B.J.Cunningham, his attornpy, and it appearing from the proof <br />on file herein that due and legal notice by publication for three successive weeks as by law <br />and the orders of this Court required has been given to all creditors, heirs at law, or persons <br />interested in said estate, of the filing of said petition and the time and place fixed for a <br />hearing of same, which time was more than thiity days and less than sixty days after the filing <br />of said petition. paid notice and publication being made in the "Wood River Sunbeam ", a legal <br />newspaper in said county, and there being no objections made thereto, said cause was thereupon <br />duly submitted to the Court upon said petition and the evidence in support thereof,,and the <br />Court,, being duly advised in the premises finds that the allegations of said petition are true, <br />and that the said Virginia S.Eaton,died intestate at her home in Hall County, Nebraska, and while <br />a resident and inhabitant thereof, on May 9,1902, and that she died seized of an estate of in- <br />heritance in certain real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter described, and <br />more than two years have elapsed singe her death, and that no application has been made in the <br />state of Nebraska; for the appointment of an administrator of her estate, nor petition filed <br />therefor„ and no administration has been had on her said estate. <br />[a <br />
