,si 1 R <br />The Court finds that the said Angeline A.Bentley departed this life on the 21st day of April, <br />2911, leaving a last will and testament which was duly admittedtto probate in this court on the <br />25th day of Apri1,1911. <br />The court finds that the said Angeline A.Bentley was the owner at the time of her death of th <br />following described real estate situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The North half of Section 12, in Township 11, in Range 11; !� <br />That she owned a one -third interest in the South -west Quarter of Section 13, in Township 11, <br />in Range 10, and one -third interest in the South J of the NEJ and in that part of the North � <br />of the SE'J of Section 24 which lies north of the Union Pacific Right of Bay, in Township 11, Ran e <br />10, and that by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament all of said real estate <br />did descend 'at her death to Arthur Fisher Bentley, Frederick James �ent-ley and Grace Bentley Paine <br />in equal shares. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all--of said real estate did pass and <br />descend at the death of Angeline A.Bentl.ey to the above named legatees as provided in the will. <br />J. Mullin <br />County Nudge. <br />I <br />LAST BILL AND TESTAMENT <br />I, Angeline A.Bentley. of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska being of sound mi: ld and memory � <br />a.nd considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, publish an <br />declare this to be my last will and testament: <br />FIRST: (� <br />I <br />I order and direct that my executors, hereir."fter named, pay all my just debts and funeral <br />expenses as soon of ter my decease as conveniently may oe. <br />SECOND. <br />After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts I give, devise and bequeath to Arthur <br />Fisher Bentley, Frederick James Bentley and Grace Bentley Paine, my dear children, or to the <br />lawful issue of any deceased child hereinbefore named, by the right of representation, all of thi <br />rest and residue of my estate, both real and personal share and share alike per stipes. <br />THIRD: <br />I urge upon my heirs that they carry out such projects of a benevolent nature as I from time <br />to time may have discudsed with ahem and decided upon, and that they set aside sufficient funds <br />for such purposes as soon after my death as may be. <br />Fourth and Lastly: I do hereby appoint Arthur Fisher Bentley now of Chicago, Illinois and Bay <br />H.Pa.ine now of Grand Island, Nebraska as executors of this my last will and testament and do <br />further direct that they shall not be required to give bond for the performance of the duties <br />of that office; a.ud in case either of them shall fail to qualify that nm additional executor shad <br />I <br />be appointed by the Probate Court, but that the one qualifying shall perform all the duties of <br />the office, without bond, <br />I do hereby expressly revoke and annul all former wills by me made. <br />In testimony whereof I have set my hand in the presence of the undersigned witnesses this 3rd;{ <br />day of January, 1911 at Grand Island, Nebraska i, F <br />Angeline A.
