<br />Deceased..
<br />Now, on this 14th day of February, 1920, this cause came on for hearing upon the final repot
<br />of Earl B.Cox, Administrator of the estate of William B.Cox, deceased, and the Court having ex-
<br />amined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal
<br />notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and p lace ^ or the
<br />hearing upon said final report as heretofore ordered by the Court..
<br />And the Court having examined said final report, together with the vouchers on file, finds
<br />that said report is true and correct in all things, and that the same ought to be allowed as an
<br />for the final report of said Administrator, said Administrator discharged and said estate closed.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against said estate, and that the time so fixed has fully ex-
<br />i
<br />pared, and that all claims against said estate, if any such there be, and not filed within the l
<br />time fixed in said notice, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />f The Court further finds that the said William B.Cox departed this life at his home in Doniphd
<br />Nebrasku, on the 29th day of Ap ri1,1919, and at the time.of his death he was a resident and in -'
<br />habitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and only heir
<br />at law, Ruth A.Cox, his surviving widow,and Clarence J.Cox, Earl B.Cox,,
<br />George H. Cox, and Robert L. Cox, sons, all of w4om are of legal age, and that the said Ruth A. Co
<br />is the mother of all of the children of the said William B.Cox, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has fully accounted for all money and proper
<br />i
<br />belonging to said estate and that there remains nothing in his hands belonging to said estate♦
<br />i
<br />The Court further -finds that the said William B.Cox, deceased, died seized as the owner in �
<br />fee simple of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and State of
<br />Nebraska, to -wit; The west half of the southwest quarter of Section 8, in Township 9, North,
<br />Range 8,. West, in Hall County. Nebraska; the south twenty -five feet of Lots 1,.'and 2, in Block 5
<br />of the Origi nul Town of Doniphan, Nebraska; Lot 1 in Block 1 in Rief's Addition to the Village
<br />j of Doniphan. Nebraska; a piece of ground commencing at the point of intersection of the St. Joe
<br />& Grand Island right of way with'._the north line of Section 8, in Township 9 North, Range 9 West
<br />running thence south along the east line of said right of way, 253 feet; thence east at right a.
<br />and parallel with the north ]line of said section 150 feet to a division fence there standing;;

<br />thence north at right angles along said division fence 253 feet to the north line of said Section;
<br />thence west at right angles on the north line of said section to the place of beginning, except!
<br />a twenty-foot strip deeded for railroad purposes, also a piece of ground commencing at a point
<br />150 feet east of the intersedtion of the east line of the St. Jce and Grand Island right of way
<br />with the section line on the north line of Section 8 in Township 9, North, Range 9,West; thence'
<br />running south 253 feet; thence east 90 feet; thence north 253 feet; thence west 90 feet to the
<br />place of beginning.
<br />The Court further finds that all debts against said estate have been fully paid and satisfiel
<br />IT IS THEREFORE: OR12RED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the
<br />said Earl B.Cox, as Administrator of the estate of the said Willit-.m B.Cox, be and the same -'.
<br />hereby is in all things approved and allowed as and for his final report, said estate is olose
<br />and said Administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORMRED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of the said William B.Cox, deceased, and not filed within the time fixed by
<br />the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined, and excluded from setting up or
