Medora Wooley, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this, my last <br />will and testament, by it revoking all former wills by me made.. <br />7IRST. <br />I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, convert all real estate of which I may die <br />siezed, into cash, and with that end in view I hereby authorize, direct and empower my said Exe- <br />cutor to execute proper deeds of warranty without authority from any court whatever and -without <br />court procedure. This to apply to real estate without as well as witYji:n the State of Nebraska. <br />SE C OI1D. <br />I further direct my said Executor to convert into cash any other property of which I may <br />die seized, the within being full authority without order of court for making the necessary sales <br />and transfers. <br />THIRD. <br />When all of my property, both real and personal, has been converted into cash. I direct that <br />the following distribution be made of said cash:: <br />1. That my Executor pay to my daughter Alice Carroll of Sidney, Montana the sum of Five Dolla <br />(,x,5.00 ) <br />2. That he pay to my Grand- Daughter Alma Casper rind my Grand -son Donald Casper, both of whom <br />are now located in the Odd Fellows Orphans' Nome wt Lincoln, Ills., each the sum of Ten Dollars <br />(410-00) <br />3. That he pay to my husband William A.Wooley the sum of One hundred Dollars, (4100.00). Said <br />surf. to be in lieu of all statutory allowances of any kind or nature. <br />Fourth. <br />All the rest, residue and remainder of cash on hand after the payment of the above mentioned <br />bequests and all necessary court expenses. I direct be distributed equally between my four <br />children ::I:orner Attic of Cripple Creek, Colo. Arthur Altic of Pueblo, Colo. Rester Pelcer of At- <br />kinson, Nebr. Fffie Bailey, of Lincoln, Ill. <br />FIFTH.. <br />I name, nominate aiad appoint my beloved husband William A..
