P.Drake, Executors of <br />the estate of said John C.IDr"e Deceased, filed in open court a duly verified report of their <br />doings as such Executors, 1praying that the same be allowed as their final report, and that they <br />be discharged of their said trust. <br />And it appearing to the court from the proof on file that due and legal notice had been given' <br />to all persons having claims against said estate of the time fixed for presenting same according' <br />to the former orders of t#is court, and that such time had fully expired. <br />And it further appearing that all claims filed against said estate had been fully paid; and <br />it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that said Executors Mary E.Drake and Albioj <br />P. Drake and Alice J. Thomp on are the heirs at law and only heirs at lave of said John C. Drake, de+ <br />ceased, and the request of said Alice J.Thompson for settlement with said Executors without pub- <br />lic or personal notice being on file. <br />Whereupon the Court finds that due notice had been given thereof and that the time has fully <br />expired for filing claims against said estate, that all claims filed have been fully paid and <br />that all the heirs at law of said deceased request that settlement be made with said Executors <br />w ithout giving public or ersonal notice of same. <br />Law. <br />
