<br />been paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said deceased, not so filed, if any
<br />such exist, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of John Quaring, administrator, be and
<br />the same is hereby allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust and hie
<br />bond released.
<br />It is further considers -_by_ the court that all persons are forever barred and precluded from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or deman ainst the estate of Rosa Quaring, deceased, and tha.
<br />said estate is closed.
<br />The court finds that said Rosa Quaring departed this life on the 1st day of March,19190 being
<br />at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, _Nebraska, and that she died intestate leavi
<br />surviving her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law, the following named persons: John
<br />Quaring, Joseph Quaring, Julius Quaring, Mary Burry and Elizabeth Waddington, her children: that
<br />her husband preceded her in death.
<br />The court finds that the said Rosa Quaring died seized in fee of the following described real
<br />estate situate in the County of IL-A.11 and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1) in Block Four (4) in the Fourth Addition to the Village of Cairo,, located on part,
<br />of the S * of the REI of Section 24, in Township 12, in Range 12.
<br />The court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of real estate in the State
<br />Nebraska, the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and doeeend at the death of the
<br />said Rosa Quaring, intestate, to the said John Quaring, Joseph Quaring, Julius Quaring, Mary Burry
<br />and Elizabeth Waddington in equal shares and in absolute title, an undivided one fifth part thereof
<br />to each of them.
<br />It is therefor considered by the court that all of the right, title and interest of Rosa Quaring'
<br />in and to Lot 1 in Block 4 in the 4th Addition to the Village of Cairo, on part of the S* of the
<br />NEI of Section 24, Township 12, Range 12, in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at her death to
<br />John Quaring, Joseph Quaring, Julius Quaring, Mary Burry and Elizabeth Waddington in equal share
<br />as tenants in common.
