<br />8, 2907 in Book 41 at page 176 of the Deed.. records of said County; that owing to the uncertainty
<br />and insufficiency of said tax deed a cloud is cast upon the title to said above described real
<br />estate, as the defendant Glwdsey P.Gibson appeared as the record owner of said premises prior
<br />to and at the time said tax deed was made.
<br />The Court further finds that the plaintiffs herein and their grantor and predecessors have
<br />been in the actual, open, visible, notorious, continuous, exclusive and adverse possession of
<br />said premises under the claim of title and ownership for more than ten year prior to the filing
<br />of the petition herein, and that said defendants nor any of them, have any interest, right or
<br />title to lien or claim upon or other interest in said described real estate,
<br />IT I5 THEREFOR.E, ORDERED, AD.TUDGED AND TpCRFFD by the Court that James Thompson and Rva Thomp on,
<br />his wife, plaintiffs herein be, and they are hereby declared to be the owners of lots 185 and 18�
<br />in West Lawn, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and they are hereby placed in j
<br />the open, notorious, exclusive and adverse possession of said premises, and that the defendants
<br />herein or any of them have no right,, title, interest or lien in, to or upon the above described
