<br />all of the real estate of which he died seized, passed to his wife, Louisa Brabander, to be held
<br />by her for and during the term of her natural life.. She to maintain the improvements on said rea]
<br />estate against ordinary wear and tear, prevent waste thereon and to pay all taxes levied
<br />and assessed against said real estate during her said life time and she to take all rents and pi
<br />fits from said real estate during her said life time. At her death, the remainder of said real
<br />estate to pass to his children, Bertha Hostler, Mary Stolle, Gerhard Brabander, Henry Brabander,
<br />Fred Brabander, Anna Tilley, Edward Brabander, Joseph Brabander, and Emma Haack, absolutely, in
<br />fee simple ws tenants in common.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that under the terms and provisions of the last will
<br />and testament of the said Gerd J.Brab4nder. Deceased, all of the above mentioned real estate did
<br />descend, at his death, to his wife, Louisa Brabander, for :end during the term of her natural life
<br />remainder thereof to pass and descend, at her death, absolutely and in fee simple to Bertha Hos-
<br />tler, :Mary Stolle, Gerhard Brabander, Henry Brabander,. Fred Brabander, Anna Tilley, Edward Brabar
