<br />Now on this 17th day of January,1920, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of Gijr-
<br />hard Brabander and Henry Brabander „Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Gerd J.Brabander,
<br />Deceased, and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file and the voluntary appeabrances of
<br />the interested parties signed and filed in this Court that notice has been given to all persons
<br />interested as by law required of the filing of said report, and it further appearing to the Couri�,
<br />after a full examination that the account exhibited by said Executors is correct in all things
<br />�i
<br />and ought to be approved and allowed and it further appearing that said Executors have accounted
<br />ill
<br />for all of said estate which has come into their hands it is, therefore,
<br />ORDERED, AD,=ED ANr, DECREED that the report of said Gerhard Brabander and Henry Brabander,

<br />Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Gerd T.Brabander, Deceased, be and the same is appr ve
<br />as and for their final report.

<br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the

<br />manner provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of l
<br />said deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed And

<br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of sai,
<br />deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstandin4

<br />claims against said estate not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGFD AND DECREFD by the Court, that all persons are forever bare ed
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Gerd J.Brabander, it
<br />Deceased and that such estate is fully settle'd...and :.tlosdd-
<br />The Court further finds that the said Executors have received in cash from all sources the such

<br />of $14,771.48. That after / paying the bills allowed against said estate, including funeral expense ,
<br />doctor's bill, Court costs.. attorney fees and Federal Estate tax, there was left the sum of $13,
<br />i,
<br />863.32. for distribution among the legatees under the last will and testament of the said Gerd f'
<br />J.Bra.bander, Deceased. That there has been paid to each of the said legatees as in said last wil
<br />and testament provided the sum of $1386.33- and that each of said legatees has receipted to said!
<br />Executors in full for all demands due to them from the personal property of said estate and the
<br />entire sum of $14,771-48* so coming into the hands of said Executors has been paid out.
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said Gerd J.Brabander departed this life on the 3” day of June,llgla j
<br />leaving a last will and testament which was admitted to probate on the 7" day of June,1918..
