<br />memory,. do make and publish thie, my last will and testament, by it revoking all former wills
<br />by me made..
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that My Executor, hereinafter named, pay all of my just debts, including the expens
<br />of my last sickness and death and and the expense of administrating my estate from my personal p o-
<br />perty..If that be insufficient I authorize them to sell so much of my real estate as may be nec-
<br />essary for that purpose..
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and nequeath, all of a personal property whatsoever kind or nature and Whereever sit-
<br />uated, that remains after complying ,with the provisions of Paragraph One of t1tie will, to my
<br />wife, Louisa Brabander and my children, Bertha Hostler, Mary Stolle, Gerhard Brabander, Henry

<br />Brabander,,Anna nd ffiey, Edward Brabander, Joseph Brabander and Emma Haack, share and share alike,
<br />each to take one -tenth thereof absolutely,
<br />THIRD. .
<br />I give and devise to my beloved wife Louisa Brabander, all of the real estate of which x may
<br />die seized, whereever situated, to be by her held for and during the term of her natural life.
<br />to maintain the improvements on said real estate against ordinary wear and tear, prevent waste
<br />thereon and to pay all tuxes levied and assessed against said real estate during her said life
<br />time and she to take all rents and profits from said Page 2. real estate during her said life
<br />time. The above provision to be in lieu of any statutory rights that she may have in my said es-
<br />tate.-At the death of my said wife I give and devise the remainder of said real estate to my
<br />children, her6inbefore mentioned, to be by them held absolutely in fee simple, subject only to
<br />the life estate of my said wife. If any of my said children should precede me in death, leaving
<br />issue, then I direct that his or her share shall not lapse but shall descend to the said childre:
<br />of my said heirs, by right of representation.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint my sons Gerhard Brabander and Henry Brabander, Executors of
<br />this, vY last will and testament and direct that they be not required to furnish bond in that
<br />capac i ty. .
