<br />Fifteen (15)s Township Twelve (12) „Range. Stine (9); the South half of the South west Quarter
<br />(0 of SWI) of the North west Quarter (NWJ) of Section Nine (9),,Township Twelve (12) in Range
<br />Nine (9), west of the 6th P.M.,and that under the provisions Hof the last will and testament of
<br />the said Emilie Niemoth all of said last described real estate did pass and descend at her death
<br />to Bernhard August Niemoth, her son, in absolute title.
<br />The court finds that the executor has distributed the personal property Ebelonging to the estal
<br />among the children of the testatrix in accordance with the provisions of the will and that there
<br />remains nothing in his hands for distribution.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the executor be and the same here
<br />is approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Emilie Niemoth, deceased, and that said
<br />estate is fully.settled and closed.
<br />It is further considered by the court that all ;of the right, title and interest of Emilie
<br />Niemoth in and to the North * of the SWJ of Section 14, in Township 12,,Range 9, the North east
<br />Quarter of the NWJ of Section 22, Township 12, Range 9, the NE4 of the SWI of Section 9, . Townsh
<br />12, Range 9, and a strip of land two rods wide off the east side of the SE-j of the SWJ of Sectio
<br />9, township 12. Range 9, all in Hall County, Nebraska,. did pass and descend at the death of the
<br />said Emilie Niemoth, under the provisions of her last will and testament,. to Christ Martin Niemo h,,
<br />her son,,in absolute title, and that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testa nt
<br />all of the right, title and interest of the said Emilie Niemoth in and to the Sj of the NWJ of
