<br />Emilie Niemoth, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.. That on the 12th day of April 1919
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />last will and testament of.the real personal estate of said Emilie Niemoth, deceased, and the
<br />was . ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 10th day of January, 1920, this, cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Herman G.Nismoth, Executor of the last will and testament of Emilie Niemoth,. deceased, following
<br />notice to all persons interested, by publication, as required by the order of court dated Dee-
<br />ember 27,1919, there being no objection or protest on file.
<br />On consideration of the report and the evidence the court finds that said executor has account
<br />for all of the estate of said-deceased which came to his possession or under his control and tha
<br />his report is correct in all re.Uects and ought to be approved and allowed; that he has paid all
<br />debts filed and allowed against said estate, the funeral expenses, costs of administration and t
<br />Inheritance tax assessed against said estate, all of which is shown by receipts fled and ex-
<br />hibited.
<br />The court finds that notice was duly given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time
<br />allowed and place designated for filing claims against said estate as well as the time fixed for
<br />the hearing on claims filed; that the time allowed for filing claims hae fibily expired and that
<br />all claims outstanding against said estate, if there be any such, are therefore barred and excl
<br />The court finds that the said Emilie Niemoth departed this life on the 19th day of February,
<br />19190 a resident of Hall County, Nebraska,,and that she left a last will and testament which was
<br />duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 12th day of April, 1919, and
<br />recorded in this office.
<br />The court finds that the said Emilie Niemoth died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North one half of the South west Quarter (NJ of SWJ) of Section Fourteen (14), in Townshil
<br />Twelve (12), in Range Nine (9);
<br />The North .east quarter of the North Meat Quarter (NEi of NWi) of Section Twenty -two (22), in
<br />Tdwaship Twelve (12) in Range Nine (9);
<br />The North -east Quarter of the South west Quarter (NEJ of SWJ) of Section Nine (9), in Tgwnshil
<br />Twelve (12) in Range Nine (9); Also a strip of land two rods^v ff of the east side of the South
<br />east quarter �q;r the Southwest Quarter (SS-J of SWJ) of Section Nine (9), in Township Twelve (12),
<br />in Range Nine (9), described in warranty deed from Herman Niemoth to Emilie Niemoth, his wife,
<br />and recorded in Book 37 of Deeds, page 367, Hall County, all of which real estate did pass and de
<br />ad
<br />cend at the death of the said Emilie Niemoth, under the provisions of her last will and testamen�,
<br />to Christ Martin Niemoth, her son in fee.
<br />The court finds that the said Emilie Niemoth died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
