<br />Now on this 2nd day of January, 1920, this cause came on for hea
<br />ing upon the final report of Antonio Voss, Administratrix of the estate of Hans VOSS, deceased,
<br />after due notice to all persons interested, by publication, as required by the order of court
<br />dated December 20th,1919, and there being no objection or protest on file.
<br />On consideration of said report and of the testimony the court finds that said administratrix
<br />has accounted for all of the estate which came to her possession and that her report is correct "n
<br />all respects and ought to be allowed.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Hans Voss, deceased, as to
<br />the time limited for filing claims, the place for filing same and of the time fixed for the hear
<br />ing an claims us required by law; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and
<br />that all claims outstanding against said deceased and not filed, ="if there be uch, Ore therefo
<br />forever barred and excluded.
<br />The court finds that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and sat-
<br />isfied.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the Administratrix of the estate o
<br />Hans Voss, deceased, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account
<br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Hans Voss, deceased, and that said estate
<br />is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Hans Voss departed this life on the 21st day of Tuly,1902, bein
<br />at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate, leavi
<br />surviving him as his heirs at law, and his only heirs at law, the following named pens cns:
<br />Antonia Voss, his widow,G.nd Emil Voss, his son, Adolph Voss. his son, Hartwig Voss, his son,
<br />Frida Voss, his daughter, , and Bernhard Voss, his son, and ��the said Frida Voss is sometimes known
<br />as Alf ridu Voss.
<br />The court finds that the said Hans Voss died seized in fee of the following described real
<br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The East half of the Southwest Quarter (E of SW41), except Union Pacific Railroad Com�oany's
<br />right of way, and the West half of the Southeast Quarter (WJ of SE') of Section Eleven (11) in
<br />Township Eleven (11), in Range Nine (9), west of the 6th P.3d., z4nd that unde5r and by virtue of
<br />the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all of the above mentioned and described real estatA
<br />did pass and descend a.t the death of the said Hans Voss to the said Emil Voss, Adolph Voss, Hai
<br />wig Voss, Frida Voss (Alfrida, Voss) and Bernbord Voss, children of the intestate, in equal
<br />668 tenants in common, subject to the homestead and dower rights of the said Antonio Voss, his
<br />widow, in and to said real estate..
<br />It is therefore considered by the court thatall of the above described real estate descended
<br />.tt the death of Hans Voss, intestate, to his widow,AhLonie Voss, for her use and benefit during
<br />her natural life, and that at her death said real estate passes t..,,��o and becomes the property of
<br />Emil Voss, Adolph Voss, Hartwig Voss, Frida Voss (Alfride, Voss)�'ernhard Voss in equal shares
<br />and in absolute title.
