<br />The court finds that the said T.O.C.Harrison departed this life as his residence in Grand Isla x d,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 29th day of May,1919, and that':he left a last will and testament which
<br />instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 28th day of June,,

<br />1919, established as a will of real,-and personal estate and recorded in this office..
<br />The court finds that the said T.O.C.Harrison died seized in fee of the following described
<br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />All of Block Ten (10) Sheridan Place,. being a subdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter (S I +)
<br />of the Southea.sIt Quarter (S E J) of Section Eight (8), Township ,Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), vilest
<br />of the 6 th P. M. 11

<br />An undivided one half interest in Lot Fifty -two (52) in Hawthorne Place, being a subdivision o, a
<br />part of the Northwest Qda.rter (N W 'J) of Section Twentytwo (22), , in Township Eleven (11) North of
<br />Range Nine (9) west of the 6th P.M.

<br />And an undivided one half interest in Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Nine (9) in Boggs & j
<br />Hill's addition to Grand Island, and that under and by virtue of the provisions of his last will
<br />and testament all of the right, , title and interest of the said T.O.C.Harrison in•.and to all of
<br />the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at his death to M.Camille Harr
<br />ison,,his widow, in absolute title..
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that all of the above mentioned and described real es -%
<br />tate passed and descended at the death of the testator, under the provisions of his last will �
<br />and testament, to M. Camille Harrison his widow, in fee and the court awards it to her.
