<br />The court finds that the said Edward C.Nalker departed this life on the 28th day of September
<br />1911, and that he died intestate leaving surviving 11IM7.as his heirs at law., and his only heirs
<br />at law, the following named persons:
<br />Mary J.Walker, his widow, . Charles E.Walker, James L.Wa.lker, Ernest L.Walker,, and Lawrence G.
<br />Walker, his sons, and Peu.rl E- Walker, his daughter.
<br />The court finds that the said Edward C.Walker died seized in fee of the following described
<br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-two (22), in Township Twelve (12), in Range Nine (9),
<br />west of the 6th P. M. , , and that under and by virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebraske
<br />the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at his death in the manner
<br />following::.
<br />To Mary J.Walker, his widow, one third part thereof in fee; To Charles E.Walker, James L.
<br />Walker, Ernest L.Walker, Pearl E.Walker and Laurence G:Walker„ his children, two - thirds part thei
<br />of in fee subject only to the homestead right of the said Lary J.Walker therein.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that all of the right, title and interest of Edward C
<br />Walker in and to the above described real estate descended at his death, Intestate, to the above
<br />named heirs in the manner following:
<br />One third part thereof to M ry J- 'balker, his widow;
<br />Two thirds part thereof to Charles E- Walker, James L.Walker.. Ernest L.Walker, Pearl h".Walker
<br />and Lawrence G- Walker „his children, in equal shares, subject to the homestead rights of the wid
