,4f+6 <br />FINAL DECREE - <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the e s t&te of Yl <br />))FINAL DECREE.. <br />Benjamin F.Turner,_ Deceased.. <br />Now, on this 15 day of December,19190 this cause came for hearing upon the final report of Li <br />Turner,Administratrix of the estate of Benjamin F.Turner,, deceased,. and the Court having examine <br />the records and files, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice <br />been given to all persons of the time and place fi.Wod for hearing upon said report, as provided <br />by law and as heretofore ordered by the Court, and the Court having examined said report and the <br />vouchers on file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same oug� <br />to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Administratrix. said estate settl� <br />I <br />and said Adminietratrix discharged. <br />The Court further finds that the said Benjamin F. Turner died intestate at his home in Hall <br />i <br />County, , Nebraska, on the first day of June,1919, and at the time of his death he was a resident { <br />i <br />and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law a.nd <br />his only heirs at law, Lizzie Turner, his surviving widow, Alfred Turner, a brother, Dell Watts, <br />a niece, Bessie Gilbert, a niece, G.H.Tuttle, a nephew, and Earl Tuttle, a nephew, the last name <br />four being children of Emma Tuttle, a deceased sister of said Bentamin F.Tuner, deceased, who <br />departed this life prior to the death of the said Benjamin F. Turne r. !E <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time <br />and place fixed for the filing of claims against said estate,,and that the time so fixed has full <br />expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, are fore <br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against sa #d estate. <br />i <br />The Court further finds that the said Lizzis Turner, as said Adminaistratrix, has paid the furl <br />erul expenses and all the debts of said deceased, the costs of administration, and inheritance � <br />i <br />assessed against said estate, and has made due distribution among the heirs of said deceased, <br />of the remainder of said estate, and has fully accounted for all of said estate coming into her l <br />I <br />possession or under her control, and that there remains nothing in her possession belonging to <br />estate. <br />The Court further finds that the said Benjamin F. Turner died seized as the owner in fee sim <br />of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska, to <br />wit: Fractional Lot Four, in Fractional:Block One Hundred and Thirty -six, of Union Pacific Raih <br />Company's Second Addition to Grand Island, and its complement, Fractional Lot Four, in Fraction <br />Block Seven, in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island.. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORIERED6. ADJUMBD, AND TZCRRRD BY THE COURT that the final report of the sai <br />Lizzie Turner, as Administratrix of the estate of the said Benjamin F.Turner,deceased, be and <br />the same hereby is in all things allowed and approved as and for her final report, said Adminis <br />tratrix is discharged, her band as such released, and said estate settled and closed. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, AD.UDGED.
