<br />for all of the estate of said deceased which came into her hands, has paid all claims allowed
<br />against the estate as well as funeral charges, legacies and costa of administration and h s re
<br />remains no money or other property in her hands belonging to said estate; that bor account is
<br />correct and ought to be approved..
<br />The court finds that notice was given to creditors of said Carl Huebner, deceased, as to
<br />the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against his *fate ; - -'t.hat the time so
<br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said estate
<br />not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of Mary Huebner, executrix, be and
<br />the same hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account..
<br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Carl Huebner, deceased, and that said es-
<br />tats is fully settled.
<br />The court finds that an inheritance tax of $35.15 should be assessed against the beneficial
<br />interest of Mary Huebner in said estate. It is ttherefore ordered that said Mary Huebner pay to
<br />the Country Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, 41n inheritance tax of $35.15 on that part of thej
<br />estate going to her under the terms of said last will and tostament.
<br />The court finds that the said Carl Huebner departed this life on the?7th day, of Tuly,,1919, a
<br />resident of Hall County, Nebraska,_ and that he left a last will and testament which instrument
<br />was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 25th day of Auguet,1919,
<br />and enteted of record.
<br />The court finds that the said Carl Huebner died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot ld- and the east half of Lot 9, in Block 61 in Wheeler and Bennett's Addition to Grand
<br />Island; 4ots l and 2 in Black 27 in Russel Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island; Lot 2 in Block
<br />128 in Union Pacific Railway Cole Seomd Addition to Grand Island,. and Ths Bast half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (B* 84) of Section 13 in Township 12 in Range 9, and that under the terms and
<br />provisions of said Last will and Testament all of the above mentioned and described real estate
<br />did pass .and descend at the death of the said Carl Huebner to Mary Huebner, his widow,,in absoluj
<br />title.
<br />It is 4be- relo -re considered and adjudged by the court that all of the above mentioned and des -I
<br />cribed real estate did descend at the death of the said Carl Huebner, under and by virtue of the
<br />provisions of his last will and testament, to Mary Huebner in fee and to her heirs and assigns
<br />forever..
