<br />Now, on this 6th day of December,1919, this cause came on to be heard upon the report and
<br />petition of Atwood G.Button, Executor of the last will and testament of said deceased, for a
<br />final settlement of said estate,, and it appearing from the proof on file herein that due and
<br />;legal notice as by the law and the orders of this Court required, has been given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate, of the time and place for hearing thereon, and that said time has
<br />fully expired and no objections have been made to said report of said Executor, and the Curt,
<br />upon examination thereof finds that the said report is in 411 respecte4 correct and should be
<br />approved and allowed by this Court.
<br />The Court further finds from the proof on file herein that due sad legal notice as by law an
