<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska, to -wit: Lo
<br />Number 6, in Block 101, in Koenig & W ebe�s Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County
<br />Nebraska, which real estate did, upon the death of the said Paul B.Trueblood, pass and descend
<br />by operation of law, to the said Mayetta b.TrVApblood and Vashti Mae Trueblood, in fee, as tenant
<br />in common, one -half part to each„ subject, however, to the homestead estate therein of the said
<br />Mayetta S.Trueblood, surviving widow of said Paul B.Trueblood, said real estate having been the
<br />home and homestead of the said Paul B.Trueblood and Mayetta S.Trueblood, his wife, at the time o
<br />the death of the said Paul B.Trueblood.
<br />The Court further finds that no petition or application has been filed in the state of Nebr&s
<br />for the appoi -htment of an administrator of the estate of said deceased, and that no udministrati
<br />has been had upon the estate of said deceased in the state of Nebraska, and that more than two
<br />years have passed since the death of the said Paul B. Trueblood, that he died intestate, that

<br />his funeral expenses have been fully paid, and that all debts, of said deceased and of his estati,
<br />if any such existed, are forever barred and precluded,and that the costs of these preceedings ha I�
<br />been fully paid.

<br />a.s the owner in fee simple of the real estate hereinbefore described situated in Hall County, Ne-
<br />raska; that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the said Mayetta
<br />S. Trueblood, his surviving widow,. and Vashti Mae Trueblood, his daughter, who bore the degree of
<br />kinship to him as his surviving widow and child; that the above described real estate passed and

<br />descended, by absolute title, to the said Mi-yetta S.Trueblood and Vashti Mae Trueblood, in equal

<br />shores as tenants in common, subject to the homestead estate therein of the said Mayetta, S.True- �
<br />blood, as surviving widow of the said Paul B.Trueblood, deceased, and that the same is so hereby
<br />awarded to them% as provided by the laws of descent in force in the state of Nebraska at the time
<br />of the death of the said Paul B.Trueblood, and that all debts of said deceased, if any such the re��
