Trueblood, Deceased.. <br />Now. on this 1st day of December,1919, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of <br />Mayetta S.Trueblood, surviving widow and one of the heirs at law of the said Paul B- Trueblood, <br />deceased, praying for a settlement of the estate of said deceased, a determination of his hers, <br />and the right of descent to his real estate, . and the degree of kinship of said heirs at law in <br />pursuance to adjournment, Mayetta S. Trueblood and Vwshti Mae Trueblood, heirs at law of said de- <br />ceased, being represented by Horth h- Ryan, their attorneys, and it appearing from the proofs <br />on file herein that due and legal notice by publication for three successive weeks as by law and <br />the orders of this Court required has been given to all creditors, heirs at law, and persons in- <br />terested in said estate of the filing of said petition, and of the time a.nd place fixed for the <br />hearing of the same, which time was more than thirty days and less than sixty days after the fil- <br />ing of said petition, and there being no objections made thereto, said cause was duly submitted <br />to the Court upon said petition and the evidence in support thereof, and the Court being fully <br />advised in the premises finds that the allegations of said petition are true, and that the said <br />Paul B.Trueblood died intestate apt his home in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 24th day of January, <br />1917,,a.nd at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,. <br />and that he died seized of an estate of - =int�ieritance located in Hall County, Nebraska, herein- <br />after described, and that more than two years have elwp,sed since his death, and that no applicati <br />has been made in the state of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of his estate,, <br />and no petition filed therefor, and no administration lias been had &b his estate., <br />The Court further finds that the said deceased left surviving him as his heirs at law the <br />following; named persons:: 1VTayetta S- Trveb10od, surviving widow, now of Kansas City, Missouri, and <br />Vashti Mae Trueblood, a daughter, now of Kansas City, Missouri, both of whom are more than <br />twenty -one years of age. <br />
