<br />Now on this 28th day of March,1918,+ this cause come on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />John William Harrod, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of William Harrod, deceased, after �
<br />{
<br />notice to all persons interested, as by law and the order of this court required, was published
<br />in the Doniphan Enterprise, a legal newspaper, and no one having appeared to protest against the
<br />,
<br />allowance . of said report.
<br />After full examination of sai'A report, the Court being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />that the report is correct in every respect and ought to be approved and allowed; that the Bxe-
<br />cutor ha.s accounted for all. of the estate of the deceased, which came into his. hands, has paid alli
<br />i
<br />debts allowed against the estate as well as the funeral expenses a.nd costs of administration;
<br />that he has received from all sources the sum of $2850.31, and has paid out the 'sum of $1339.82,
<br />leaving in his hands for distribution the sure of '$1510.49, being cash, $510.49, and certificate lof
<br />deposit, Commercial Exchange Bank $1000.00, and that the cash and certificate of deposit have

<br />been turned over to the widow of the testator, Eldora Harrod, as required by the terms of the wi 1,
<br />as shown by her receipt on file in this office, and that there remains no property in the hands
<br />of the executor belonging to said estate..
<br />The Court finds that notice was given to creditors as required by law and the order of the
<br />Court of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said de-
<br />ceased, and that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and
<br />allowed against said estate have been paid; that all claims outstanding against said deceased not
<br />so filed within the time limited for filing claims are therefore forever barred.
<br />IT IS TH RFFORR CONSIDERED BY THE COURT THAT THE report of the Executor be, and the same here,
<br />by is approved and allowed as and for his final account, and it is further considered that all
<br />persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of
<br />William Harrod, deceased, and the same estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said William Harrod departed this life on the 23rd day of January,
<br />1917, leaving a last will and testament, which instrument was duly proved and allowed and ad-
<br />mitted to probate in this Court on the 6th day of August,1917, and entered of recd.rd in this offs
<br />The Court finds that the said William Harrod was at tho; time of his death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit
<br />The South East Quarter (SEJ) of Section Twelve (12) in Township Nine (9) Range Nine (9), and the
<br />North East Rua.rter (NEJ) of the North East Quarter (NEJ) of Section Thirteen (13) in Township
