<br />Be it remembered, That on the 15th day of June,1918, that being one of the days of the .Tune
<br />1918 Term of the District Court of the 11th Tudical District of the State of Nebraska. within
<br />and for the county of Hall, held at the court house in the city of Grand Island,,before Hon.
<br />Jaynes R.Hanna, one of the Judges of the said District, the following among other proceedings
<br />were had in the words and figures following, to -wit-

<br />Now on this day came the plaintiff in person and by 'Villiam Suhr, her attorney, and the
<br />defendant still failing to answer, demur or otherwise plead to the plaintiff's petition was
<br />thrice solemnly called in open court and came not, but made default, and it appearing to the
<br />court that the said defendant had entered his voluntary appearance herein waiving the issuance
<br />and service of summons and waiving time to plead, it is ordered that his default be entered her.. -
<br />in and that the facts stated in the plaintiff's petition be taken as true 4s against him.
<br />This cause coming on further for hearing was submitted to the court upon the pleadings and tie
<br />evidence upon consideration whereof the court finds that the plaintiff at the time of filing
<br />her petition had been a resident of the State of Neoraska for more than ten vears immediately
<br />preceding the sLxe and was at that time a bona -fide resident of this county of Hell and that
<br />the parties hereto were married at Humboldt, Nebraska, on June 14th, 1906, as in said petition
<br />set forth.
<br />This court further finds upon the evidence adduced that the said defendant, disregarding his
<br />marit,l duties ii:..nd obligations has been guilty of great and extreme cruelty towards the plain-
<br />t
<br />tiff as set out in plaintiff's petition and that by reason thereof she is entitled to a "divorce
<br />u,s prayed..
<br />The court further finds that there is one child, the issue of the marriage of the parties
<br />hereto, to -wit- Iris Miller, a minor and. that the plaintiff herein is entitled to the care,
<br />custody and control of said minor child.
<br />The court further finds that the plaintiff herein is entitled to alimony from the said de-
<br />fendwnt for the support and maintenance of the child of the parties hereto, and that the sum
<br />of 415.00 per month is . reasonable sum:.
<br />It is therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the marriage contract here-
<br />tofore existing between Anna Y.Miller and Ray E- 14iller, be, and the same is hereby dissolved
<br />and both parties are wholly released from the obligations of the same, said decree to take
<br />effect and to be in force six (6) months from this date, to -wit- December 15th,1918, unless
<br />set aside or appe,led from..
<br />It is further ordered and ad,iludged by the court that the plaintiff be, and she hereby is
<br />confided the care, custody and control of Iris Biller, minor child of the parties hereto, and
<br />that the said defendant herein is hereby enjoined frori, in any m...nner interfering with the said
<br />minor or with the plaintiff is her custody of said child until the further order of the court.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that the plaintiff have and recover of
<br />and from the defendant alimony in the sum of x°15.00 per iponth, payable monthly for the support
<br />and maintenance of Iris Miller, minor child of the parties hereto and that the defendant pay
