<br />passed and descended, by operation of law,. to Augusta iiintz, for and during her natural life.
<br />The Court further finds that all funeral expenses of said deceased have been paid, and that
<br />all debts of said deceased and of his estate, if any exist, are forever barred and precluded,
<br />that the costs of these proceedings have been fully paid.
<br />IT IS THEREFORR. BY THE COURT AD.TUDGED, -CONSIJERFD, AND IRC} D, that the said deceased died in
<br />estate more than two years prior to the filing of said petition in this cause; that no applicati
<br />for the appointment of an administrator of his estate has been made, and there has been no admin-
<br />istration of his estate in the State of Nebraska, that he died seized in fee simple of and estate
<br />of inheritance in .Hall County, Nebraska, as above set forth; that he left surviving him as his
<br />heirs at law the above named persons who bore the degree of kinship to him as surviving wife and
<br />children; that the above described real estate passed and descended to the above named heirs at
<br />law in the shares hereinafter set forth, to -wit:. To Aug*Bta Hintz, , a one -third interest in fee
<br />plus 4 life estate in the whole property; to Ida Jorgensen, Alvina Schmidt, Ella, Wiese, Daniel

<br />that further administration of his estate is hereby dispensed with, and said estate is settled
<br />and forever closed.
