�GI,1.3Z <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />VaILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL nFC^, RFF <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, ITEBRA$KA. <br />In the matter of the estate ) <br />of ) FINAL MECREF. <br />FREDERICK W11,11TER, DECEASED. <br />4F;9 <br />Now on this 8th day of November,1919, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of <br />Charles Winter, Executor of the Last Will and testament of Frederick Winter, deceased, it aT pea <br />ing to the court that notice has been given to all persons interested as required by order of <br />court= - <br />On consideration of the report and the evidence the court finds that said report is correct <br />and ought to be approved; that the executor has accounted for 411 of said estate which came to <br />his hands or under his control, that he has paid ali debts allowed against the estate as well <br />as the costs of administration and has distributed the remainder of the personal property among <br />those entitled �t��o share in the distribution of said estate under the terms of said last will and <br />testament, andpthere remains no property in his hands belonging to said estate. <br />The court finds that creditors were notified by publication as to the time allowed for filing <br />claims and of the time fixed for the hearing on claims filed and that the time allowed for fil- <br />ing claims has fully expired; that all claims outstanding against said estate and not so filed, <br />if any such there be, are therefore forever barred. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of said executor be and the same here <br />by is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust. <br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barrdd from filing or sett <br />ing up any claims or demands against the the esti -te of Frederick Winter, deceased, and- that said <br />estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The court finds that the said Frederick Winter departed this life on the 6th day of April, <br />1919, a resident of Hull County, Nebraska, and that he left a last will and testament which in- <br />s-trurr.ent w"a duly allowed and admitted to probate in this court 'on the 14th day of May 1919. <br />The court finds that the said Frederick Winter died seized in fee of the following described <br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:: <br />Lots 1, 2, 3,4,$,e,7,$,9,and 10 in Block 72 in Wheeler & Bennett's Second Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island; Lot 10 in Block 14 in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island.. <br />The court finds _that by virtue of the provisions of the last will and testament of the said <br />Frederick Winter all of the right,, title and interest of the testator in and to the above des- <br />cribed real estate descended at his death to Friedericke Stange, Wilhelmine Weaver and Ada- <br />Buck-ow, <br />, his daughters, share and share alike. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that the real estate above described passed to and <br />became the property of Friedericke Stange, Wilhelmine Weaver and Ada Buckow, at the death of <br />Frederick Winter under the provisions of his last will and testament. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />LAST WILL AND TFSTANENT OF FREIaERICK WIXTFR. . <br />In the name of God, Amen; I,Frederick Winter of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, <br />being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and realizing the uncertainties of this mortal <br />life, do make, publish and declare this as and for my lust will and testament in words and <br />figures as follows,: <br />1. I direct that my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my estate and all of my just <br />debts be paid out of my personal property. If that be insufficient I direct and authorize my <br />1� executor hereinafter named to sell so much of my real- estate as may be necessary for that purpose.. <br />
