<br />On this 27th day of September, 1919 this matter comes on for hearing before the court upon
<br />the petition of Melvia J.Hochreiter as executrix of the will and estate of the said Charles M.
<br />Hochreiter, deceased, for final settlement of said estate, decree of distribution and discharge
<br />of said executrix from her said trust. From the evidence the court finds:
<br />1. That lawful notice of this hearing has been given ,as required by law and the order of this
<br />court.
<br />2• That notice to creditors has been given as required by law and the`` time therein limited
<br />for filing � claims against said estate has expired and all claims so filed, funeral expenses,
<br />costs of administration of said estate -and court costs' have been paid..
<br />3* -That the said decedent left a last will and tdstament which has been duly probated and
<br />allowed in this court, by the terms of which the said Melvia J. Hochreiter is bequeathed and de-
<br />vised all the personal and real estate belonging to said estate..
<br />4. That the facts alleged in said petition are true and the said Melvin T.Hochreiter as such
<br />executrix has Faithfully and justly administered said estate.
<br />5. That the deceased died seized of the East one half of section 4, in township 12 ,North,
<br />Range 12 West of the 6th Principal meridian ion Hall County, Nebraska, and lot 11 in block 23 in
<br />the Original Town of Ravenna, Buffalo County, Nebraska. Also west half of the South half df lot
<br />28 in block 8 in Hidalgo County, Texas
<br />6. That the
<br />share
<br />of the said
<br />Melvia J.. Hochreiter, who is the surviving widow of the deceas
<br />is n1t liable
<br />for the
<br />payment of
<br />an inheritance tax.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE AD.TUDIED A11,3D IXCREED by the court, that all claims against said estate, it
<br />any, not filed herein are barred; that the distributive share of said estate is not liable for
<br />the payment of an inheritance tax.; that the above described real estate and all personal prope
<br />belonging to said estate are hereby assigned to the said Melvia J.Hochreiter and she as such
<br />executrix is discharged from her said trust.
