<br />I. Dominick Federer, of the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, in the State of Nebra ka,, bear
<br />of sound :Hind and memory, do make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament, hereby
<br />revoking all former wills, bequests and devises which may have been by me in any manner made or
<br />executed.
<br />FIRST.--After the payment of my just debts, I give, devise a.nd bequeath to my sister, Mrs Joh
<br />Shirley, of the town of Genesee in Waukesha County, and State of Wisconsin, all of my estate, of
<br />every name, title, and description, real, personal, and mixed.

<br />SECOND. -- I do make, constitute and appoint my, said sister Johanna Shirley, the sole executr,
<br />of this, my last will and testament, without the requirement of bonds for the performance of her
<br />trust.
<br />THIRD—— in case of the death of my said sister before my own demise, then and in that case I
<br />will and direct that the children of my Sister aforesaid who may then survive her, and alsolkes-
<br />cendants, if any of any of her children then deceased, shall take all of my estate, the same as
<br />my said sister would have done in case of her survival, in the same manner and proportion as the;
<br />would have done if they had inherited the same directly from my said sister, dying intestate, un
<br />the laws of the state of Wisconsin. And in such case, it is my will 'the eldest of such children

<br />or descendants of my said sister shall act as sole executor of this will and testament..
