<br />Be it remembered, that on the 25th day of October, 1919, that being one of the days of the
<br />October,1919, term of the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Neb-
<br />raska,,within and for the County of Hall, held at the Court House in the city of Grand Island,
<br />before the Hon. - Bayard H.Paine, one of the judges of the said District, the following, among

<br />the defendants still failing to answer, demur or otherwise plead to the plaintiff's petition, we]
<br />each thrice solemnly called in open court, and came not, but made default, and it appearing to
<br />the Court that the defendants herein had been duly notified of the filing and pendency of this
<br />action by publication for the time and in the manner as by law provided, it is ordered that their
<br />default be entered herein, and that the facts stated in the plaintiff's petition were true as
