<br />Be it remembered, that on the 5th day of November, 1919, that being one of the days of the
<br />days of the October 1919 term of the District Court of the Eleventh xudicial District of the Sta
<br />of Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall, held a.t the Court House, in the city of Grand
<br />Island, before the Hon. • Bayard H.Paine, one of the Judges of the said District, the following
<br />proceedings were- had in the words and figures following, to -wit:

<br />Now,, on this 5th day of Iyovember,1919, this cause came on for nearing, and the Court having
<br />examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal
<br />service has been made upon the First Baptist Church of Grand Island,lqebraska, The Baptist Church
<br />of Grand Island,Neb., Lots 7 and 8 in Block 30, in -tne Original Town, now city, of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, the unknown successor in trust'To E.E.L.Taylor, in trust, who is now
<br />deceased, the unknown beneficiary or beneficiaries under the deed conveying said Lots 7 and 8
<br />to the said E.E.L.Taylor, in trust, and upon all other persons claiming any interest of any kind
<br />in said reu.l estate,. or any part thereof, defendants herarin, and upon each and all of them, and
<br />that each rLnd all` of the same have been duly served with summons in this action, personally or
<br />publication, in the manner provided by law; that said defendants and each and all of them have
<br />failed to answer, demur, or otherwise plead to said petition %ithin the time required by law, an
<br />each wnd all of them n default, and their default of ee-ch and all of them, is hereby duly taken
<br />a.nd entered..
<br />And this •cause coir. -ML on further to be heard upon the petition of the plaintiff and the evidence,
<br />a.nd was submitted to the Court, and the Court being ully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />the allegations contained in plaintiff's petition are true, and that at the commencements of
<br />this action the plaintiff was in possession as owner of said Lots 7 and 8, in Llock 30, in the
<br />Original town, now city, of Grand Island, in Hull County, Nebraska, , and that he had the legal
<br />estate and title thereliti and was entitled to the possession thereof, and to the relief prayed
<br />for in his petition; that the plaintiff and the various Srwntors through whom he claims title
<br />to said premises have been in active,,pea.ceable, open, adverse, exclusive, notorious, and contin-
<br />uous possession and occupation of said Lots 7 and 8, under claim of ownership thereto, since the
<br />3oth day of J4ruary,1903. and for more than sixteen years next prior to the filing of plaintiff 'f
<br />petition_ aerei.n. Lind that plaintiff is still in possession of said premises, aria is entitled to
<br />a decree forever quietiri6;, confirming, and affirming his title to said premises; that' rlofle of
<br />said defendants above named, nor their unknown beneficiary or beneficiaries, or the unknown
<br />Successor in trust to E.E.L.Tuylor, in trust, who is noe deceabed, or arty of Lhem, or any T>erson
<br />claiming by, tnrough, or under them or gtther of the4i, have any right, title, interest, claim
<br />or demand whatsoever, in and to said sremises, or any part thereof, and that the plaintiffs the
<br />sole owner of both the legal wnd equitable title to said premises..
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the title and possession of
<br />plaintiff ir_ and to si;.id lots 7 and 8, in Block 30, in the Original Town, now city of Grand Islar

<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, be and the .same hereby is forever quieted, affirmed, wnd confirmed in
<br />the plaintiff as against the First Baptist Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, The Baptist Church
<br />of Grand _, I's land. Neb., Lots 7 and 8 in Block 30, in the original town, new city, of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, the unknown successor in trust to E.E.L. Taylor, in trust, who is now
