<br />unknown heirs, legatees, and devisees of James Y.Alexander, deceased, : Maggie Ringo, the unknown
<br />heirs. devisees, legatees, and i;erson&l representatives to Maggie Ringo, if' she is decd,
<br />Bueneman, first arid, real name unknown, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, and personal repre-
<br />sentatives of Bueneman, if she is dead, Lots 3 and 4,_ in Block 18, in H.G. Clark's Add-
<br />ition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and upon all persons claiming any in-
<br />terest of any kind in said real estate, or any part thereof, and that each and all of them have
<br />been served with summons ay publication in the rm-nner provided by law. That said defendants and
<br />each and all of them have failed to ar.3wer, demur, or otherwise plead to plaintiff's petition
<br />within the time required by law, and each and all of them are in default for answer, demur, or
<br />other pleading herein, "nd their default and the default of each e,.nd all of them is duly taken
<br />and entered.
<br />And this cause coining on further to be heard upon the petition of the plaintiffts and the
<br />evidence, and was submitted to the Court, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, find,
<br />that the allegations contained in plaintiff's petition are true, and thL'.- at the the commencement
<br />of this action, the plaintiff, Alfred G.Hunt, was in possession as owner, of said Lot 4, in Bloc
<br />18, in H.G.Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hull County, Nebraska, and that he
<br />had a legal estate and title thereto and was entitled to the possessior ther -of and to the relief
<br />prayed for in plaintiff's petition; that the plaintiff, Alfred G.Hunt, and the various grantors
<br />through whom he claimed title to said premises, have been in actual, open, exclusive., notorious,
<br />adverse, continuous, and peaceable possession and occupancy of said Lot 4, in Block 18, in H.G.
<br />Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, under claim of ownership, for more than 27 years
<br />next prior to the filing of plaintiffs' petition herein, and that the said Alfred G. Hunt is still
<br />in possession of said Lot 4, and is entitled to e. decree confirming and affirming his title the Ie-
<br />to; that none of said defendants above nL ned, nor their respective unknown heirs, devisees, leg-
<br />atees, or ijerson�.i representatives, or of any of said defendants, named or unamed, or i;.ny person
<br />claiming by, through, or under them, or either of them, have any interest, right, title, claim,,

<br />or demand whatsoever, in and to said Lot 4, nor any part thereof,, and that the plaintiff Alfred
<br />G.Iiunt is the sole owner of both the legal and equitable title to said lot 4 in Block 18, of
<br />H.G.Clark's Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Iebraska; and that the ple,inti
<br />Henry Dibbern, and the various grantors through whom he claims title to Lot 3, in Block 18, in �
<br />H.G.Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, have been in actual, j
<br />open, exclusive, notorious, adverse, contininous, and peaceable possession and occupancy of said
<br />Lot 3, under clwir.^, of ownership, for more than 27 years prior to the filing of plaintiffs' peti
<br />herein, and that the, plaintiff Henry Dibbern is still in possession thereof, and is entitled to
<br />a decree confiraiirg and affirming his Title then -to; that none of said defendants above named,
<br />nor their respective unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, or personal representatives, nor any of
<br />said defendants, nor any person claiming by, through, or under them or either of them, have any
<br />right, title, interest, claim or deiound whatsoever in and to said, Lot 3, in Block 18, . in H.G.
<br />Clark's,Addition to the city of Grand Island, or z.ny part thereof, and tnat the plaintiff Henry
<br />Diboern is the sole owner of both the legal and equitable title thereto.
<br />IT IS THERFFCRE ORDT,73ED, AD.TUDGFD, AND 1ECREED BY THE COURT that the title Ind possession of
<br />the plaintiff Alfred G. Hunt in and to said Lot 4, in Block 18, in H.G.Clark's Addition to the
<br />ci tv of Grand Island, in Hall Couil y, Nebraska, be and the same hereby is forever quieted, oonfi�
