<br />The..t Court finds that after the payment of all debts :end expenses, and special legacies and
<br />bequests as above enumerated, that said executor has on hands belonging to said estate the
<br />following described real estate:Lot Four (4) block One (1), Wi.ndolph's Addition to Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, Hall County, and a lease on the following school land: the Southeast quarter of the
<br />Southwest quarter (SEj1SW4-) of Section thirtysix (36), Township Fourteen (14) North of Range
<br />eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. and the following personal property: lo shares in Elks Buildi
<br />Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, 15 shores Skinner Mfg.. Company, of Omaha, Nebraska., 15 shares
<br />of Waterloo Creamery Company, Waterloo, Iowa, 4 shares of Preferred Stock in the Brickston Mfg.
<br />Company Liberty bonds of the United States Government valued at 4400.00, War Savings Stamps
<br />of the United States Government Stock of the Equitable Building and Loan of Grand Island, a Nota
<br />or Account against the Nebraska Mercantile Company valued at about $2000.00, and cash of about
<br />t,2629. 21;
<br />That according to said will, all of said above described property, and all other property be-
<br />longing to said estate not specially devised as above enumerated, passes to said Sarah F.Win-
<br />chester, widow of said deceased, sub,iect to such inheritance taxes as may be hereafter assess,
<br />It is therefore ordered that said Executor turn over, deliver, and make good and valid assign -
<br />r.:ents of all of said property, to said Sarah E.Winchester,. after paying such inheritance taxes
<br />as may be assessed, and file herein his receipts therefor.
<br />It is further ordered that upon said Executor's filing receipts showing distribution as above
<br />ordered, he shall stand discharged from his said trust.
