<br />Fifth:- I give, devise, and bequeath to any sister -in =law, Valnette A�.Ha.ld, the sum of One Thous-
<br />and Doll4;-rs,- ($lGC0.00),- in cash, and the West Twenty Two (22) feet of Lot Number Three (3) in
<br />Block Humber Two (2) in John Seehusen'•s First Addition., to the Village of Dannebrog, Nebraska,
<br />together with all buildings and appurtenances now thereon and thereto appertaining.
<br />Sixth: r-' I hereby give, devise, and oequeath to my beloved wife, Sarah F.Tinchester, all the rest
<br />and residue of my estate, both :73al, personal,, and mixed, of whatsoever nature and whereever lo-
<br />cated, to her and her assigns forever..
