<br />The court finds that the said William H.Rhoades died intestate, and that under the law of descent
<br />of the State of Nebraska, as in force at the time of his decease, all of said real estate did past
<br />and descend at the death of the said intestate, to Louie Rhoades, Walter Rhoades and Guy Rhoades
<br />as tenants in common and in absolute title, subject only to the life estate of the said Jennie
<br />Rhoades in and to said real estate, and it is further found by the court that the said Jennie
<br />Rhoades, widow, departed this life since the death of her husband, to -wit: on the 24th day of
<br />May, 1910
