<br />ANDREW J.THCNPSON, Deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that

<br />IN THE COMITY COURT OF HALL_ COUNITY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF )

<br />Now on this first day of April, 1911, this cause came on to be heard upon the
<br />final report of Walter Rhoades, administrator of the estate of William H.Rhoades, deceased, and
<br />it appearing to the satisfaction of the court, from the proof on file, that all persons interestel
<br />in the estate of said deceased have been duly notified by publication, as required by the order
<br />of court dated March 17,1911, and there being no objection or protest on file the court proceeded
<br />to examine said account. After a full examination the court finds: That the administrator has
<br />fully accounted for all of the estate which came into his hands; that due and legal notice was
<br />given to all persons interested of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against
<br />the estate of said deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all
<br />claims filed and allowed have been paid and satisfied; that there remains nothing in the hands
<br />of the administrator for distribution; that all claims outstanding against said estate, and not
<br />presented, if any there be, are, therefore, forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Walter Rhoades, administrator,
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged
<br />of his trust, and it is further considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of William H.Rhoades. deceased, and same is
<br />fully settled.
<br />The court finds that the said William H.Rhoades left surviving him as his heirs at law, and his
<br />only- heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />Jennie Rhoades, his widow, and Louie Rhoades, Walter Rhoades and Guy Rhoades, his sons. It is
<br />found by the court that the said William H.Rhoades departed this life on the 30th day of July,
<br />1904.
<br />The court finds that the said William H.Rhoades was at the time of his death the owner in fee
<br />of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wi
<br />The North East Quarter, (NEB-). of Section Thirty-three. (33). in Township Nine (9). Range Nine
<br />(9), west of the 6th P.U.
