Second:- I give and bequeath to my son, Sherman Thompson the sum of Ten (410.) Dollars; and to daughter, Addie L.Potter, the sum of Ten ($10.) Dollars; and to my granddaughter Leone Detlefsen the sum of Ten ($10.) Dollars; and to my grandson, George Detlefsen the sum of Ten ($10•) Dollar the last two named legatees being children of my deceased daughter, Laura Detlefsen. Third: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate. real, personal and mix- ed, and wherever situated, including Lots 9 and 10 in Block 19, Packer & Barr's Second Addition to Grand Island Nebraska, I give, devise and bequeath to Effie E.Burnett, wife of George W.Burnel of Grand Island, Nebraska, and to her heirs and assigns forever. I make this bequest and devise to said Effie M.Burnett in grateful recognition of her care and kindness to me in the past. Fourth: I name, nominate and appoint Charles G.Ryan of Grand Island Nebraska, Executor of this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. R.P.McCutchan of Grand Island Nebr •m H.H.Fallis of Grand Island Nebr" The Court further finds that a settlement was duly made and effected between the children and heirs at law of said deceased named in said will and Effie M.Burnett, sole residuary legatee and devisee named therein, which settlement has heretofore been approved by this Court, and is here - in duly approved and affirmed, as shown by the records of this Court. The Court further finds that said Executor has duly accounted for all of the money and property coming into his hands, as provided in said will, and under the directions and orders of this Court, and has paid in full all of the debts of said estate and special legacies under said will, has made other distributions as shown by his said report, and that there remains a balance of J751.43 for distribution to said Effie K.Burnett, sole residuary legatee, and said Executor is hereby directed, under the provisions of said will, to pay to her said balance remaining in his hands; that the above described real estate was devised to said Effie M.Burnett as sole resid devisee of said deceased, under the provisions of said will, and same is so awarded to her. IT IS THEREFORE BY THE COURT ADJUDGED, CONSIDERED AND LECREED that all claims and debts of said estate not filed in this Court be and the same are forever barred and precluded; that the final report of said Executor is hereby in all things approved and confirmed; that the above described real estate, on the death of said Andrew J.Thompson, passed under the provisions of said will, tq said Effie M.Burnett, and that the ° remainder of said personal estate and property in the hands of said Executor is hereby directed to be paid to the said n9diduary legatee, and on the filing of a receipt from her therefor in this Court, said estate will be closed, said Executor discharg• ed, and his bond released.
