<br />next of kin subject however to the dower interest of the said Widow and also the Homestead inter-
<br />est of said Widow and each of said children. I further find that the final report filed by the
<br />Administratrix is in all respects true &- Correct and the same is hereby approved and allowed.
<br />I further find that all of said estate has been sold and the proceeds applied as required by law
<br />& the orders of this Court and that nothing remains of said estate.
<br />It is therefore adjudged ordered and decreed that said estate be and the same is hereby declared
<br />settled the Administratrix discharged and her Bond as such cancelled & surrendered.

<br />Now, on this 21 day of September, 1918, this cause came on to be heard on the final report and
<br />petition for settlement of said estate, made by Charles G.Ryan, Rxecutor, and it appearing from
<br />the proof on file herein that due and legal notice as by law and the orders of this Court requir-
<br />ed has been given to all persons interested therein, of the filing of said report, the time and
<br />place for hearing thereon, and there being no objections thereto, the Court on examination finds
<br />that same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved.
<br />The Court further finds from the proof on file herein that legal notice as required by law and
<br />the orders`of this Court has been given to all persons having claims against said estate, of the
<br />time and place for filing same, that said time has expired, and that all debts and claims filed
<br />against said estate, including the costs of administration, have been paid by said Executor, and
<br />that all other claims, if any exist, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that said Andrew J.Thompson died seized of Lots numbered 9 and 10 in
<br />Block numbered 19 of Packer & Barrts Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said Andrew J.Thompson died testate in Hall County-, Nebraska, and
<br />while a resident thereof, leaving a last will and testament which was on April 25,1917, duly and
<br />legally proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court, as by law required, and as shown
<br />by the records hereof, and that same has been duly recorded herein as the last will and testament
<br />of said deceased; that said will was in words and figures as follows; to -wit:
