The court further finds 'from the files in said case that due and legal notice of said order <br />was given to creditors and all persons interested in said estate by publishing a notice thereof <br />for 4 successive weeks irxsrediately preceeding the 6th day of June,1919, the first publication <br />having been made on the 946"h day of M"y,1919 and the last publication on the 30th d4y of May,1915 <br />The court further finds that on the 6th day of June,1919 the court and the Administrator at <br />said court and that the court ordered w hearing of all claims then on file to be continued to <br />the 6th day of September,1919. <br />The court further finds that on the 6th day of September 1919 the Court and the Administrato <br />attended at the County Court Room and that 411 claims then on file were allowed and approved <br />that this court then entered an order barring all claims against said estate which had not here <br />tofore been filed against said estwte,excepting only such as are not required by law to be filec <br />The court further finds that on the 13th day of September,1919, the Administrator filed an <br />inventory of the assets belonging to said estate. <br />The court further finds that on the 13th day of September, 1919 the Administrator filed a <br />notice with the court that there might be an inhereita,nce tax due from said estate. That the court <br />on said date entered an order fixing the 16th day of September, as the date upon which said h <br />ing on the inheritance tux should be held, <br />The court further finds from the files that Marie Bowen Clabaugh entered her voluntary app <br />ante "in the said cause for the purpose of having a hearing upon said inheritance tax appraisemeot. <br />The court further finds from the files that M,-&.ude B.Baker entered her voluntary appearance i <br />said cause for the purpose of having inheritance tax appraisement made upon said estate and tha <br />the court u- on the 16th day of Septemoer,1919 made an inheritance tax a�,) ,raisement in which sai <br />api;raisement the court found that there was due to the County Treasurer of Arthur County the su <br />of $)27.42 under the inheritance tax laws of the State of Nebraska.. <br />The court further finds that on the 13th day of September, 1919 the Administrator filed a <br />report of his acts and doings in said estate and that said Administrator filed a petition for <br />a final settlement of his accounts and for a Decree of Distribution and heirship. That this <br />court thereupon entered an order fixing the 16th day of September, 1919 at 2 o'clock P.m. as <br />the time for hearing upon said petition of final settlement and for Decree of Distribution and <br />heirship•• <br />The court further finds that the report of R.h.Barber, the Administrator, filed on the 13th <br />day of September, 1919 is correct and should be allowed as the final report of said Administrator. <br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that said report _of said Administrator be and <br />0 <br />1 <br />C <br />the same is hereby approved and allowed -as the final report of said Administrator. <br />j <br />The court further finds that there are court costs due the County Court of Arthur County,, <br />a <br />in the sum of $60.050 that there is due Halligan, Beatty & Halligan, attorneys for the Admin- <br />istra.tors, the sum of $350.00 :end' that there is due R.H.Barber as administrators fees the sum <br />! <br />y <br />of $267.98• • +j <br />The court further finds that by virtue of an agreement made and entered into between Marie <br />j <br />i <br />Bowen Clabaugh and Maude B.Baker, that the rents collected by said Administrator from property <br />belonging to said estate and located in the town of Wood River, Hall County,Nebra.ska, are to <br />go individually and personally to Marie Bowen Clabaugh, a.nd that the report of said Adminis- <br />3 <br />trator shows said rents to be t he sum of ' �v 100.00. <br />'I <br />The court further finds that said Administrators repor bows that there is a balance of <br />w287.1.78 cat6, in the handa of said Administrator.. <br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that said Administrator pay to the County <br />i, <br />Judge of Arthur CountyYae sum of 60.05..
