Deceased.. ) DF,CREF OF DISTRIBUTION 11TP HEIRSHIP, <br />M-M <br />Now on this 16th day of September, 1919, at 2 o'clock Y.M. this cause came on for hearing be- <br />fore the court, there being present the court,. the administrator R.H.Barber, and his Attorneys <br />Halligan, Beatty &- Halligan and C.L. Bwskins Attorney for Marie Bowen Clabaugh. The Court being <br />fully advised in the premises finds: <br />That this is the date set for hearing of the final report of the administrator as ordered by <br />this court on the 13th day of September,1919. <br />The court further finds that Marie Bowen Clabaugh entered her voluntary appearance in said <br />cause for the purpose of hearing of the final account of the administrator and for Decree of Dis <br />tribution and heirship. <br />The court further finds that Maude B.Baker has entered her voluntary appearance in this cause <br />for the hearing of the Administrators final report and for the Decree of Distribution and Heir- <br />ship. <br />The court further finds that on the 11th day of March,1919, Marie Bowen Clabaugh filed her <br />petition.in this Court for the appointment -of herself and J.F.Clabaugh as Administrators of said <br />estate. That on the 11th day of Earch,1919 this court entered an order setting the 2nd day of <br />April,1919 at 9 o'clock A.M. as the date for hearing upon said proceedings and ordered that notic, <br />of said hearing be given by publishing e notice thereof for 3 successive weeks p.receeding the 2nd <br />day of April,1919 in the Arthur Enterprise a legal weekly newspaper hinted in said County.. <br />The court further finds that due and iegal notice of said hearing was given as required by the <br />order of this court and by the lows of the State of Nebraska, by publishing a notice thereof for <br />three consecutive weeks prior to the .2nd day of April. The first publication having been made <br />on the 14th day of larch ,1919 and the last publication on the 213th day of March,1919. <br />The court further finds that on the 2nd day of April, 1919 Maude B. Baker entered objections <br />to the appointment of 11a.rie Bowen Clabaugh and J.F.Clabaugh as Administrators of said Estate and <br />that said cause came on for hearing before this court on the 2nd day of April, 1919, and that <br />upon said date this court entered an order finding that Jerry Bowen departed this life on the <br />5th day of Mc.rch,1919 at North Platte,Lincoln County, Nebraska. That at the date of his death he <br />was a resident of Arthur County,. Nebraska and left an estate consisting of personal property <br />and of real estate and that this court entered an order appointing R.H.Barber administrator of <br />said estate upon his giving bond in the sum of $20,000.00 and taking oath required by law. <br />The court further finds that on the 1st day of iay,1919, R.H.Barber filed his bond in the sum <br />required by this court, which said bond was approved by this court. That on the let day of May, <br />1919, said R.H.Barber took the oath required by law and that Letters of Administration thereupon <br />issued to said R.H.Barber.. <br />The court further finds that on the let day of Yuzy,1919, this court entered an order that the <br />administrator be allowed one year from the let day of Nay,1919.in which to settle said estate and <br />that creditors be allowed until the (nth day of September,1919 to file their claims against said <br />estate and that all claims not then 'on file would be forever barred.. <br />The court set, the 6th day of June,1919 and the 6th day of September,1919 at 10 O'clock A.M. <br />each of said days for the Court and Administrator to attend at the County Court Room in said <br />County end receive, examine,hea.r, allow and adjust claims and ordered that notice of this order <br />be given to creditors and ail persons interested in said estate by publishing a notice for 4 <br />successive weeks inwiediately preceeding the 6th day of June,1919 in the Arthur County Enterprise, <br />a legal weekly newspaper printed and published in Arthur County,,Nebr"ska. <br />
