T OF HALL COT?RTTY, NEBRASKA.- <br />In the Matter of the Estate of <br />} Final Decree.. <br />Anton O:ithoff,Deceased.. <br />Now on this 25th day of August 1919, this cause came on to be heard on the final report of <br />Johann G.Olthoff, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Anton Olthoff, Deceased, and it <br />appearing to the Court from the proofs on file and the voluntary appearances of the interested <br />parties signed and filed in this Court that notice has been given to all persons interested in <br />said estate of he filing of said report, as required by law and by the order <br />of tnis: Court, and it further appearing to the Court, after furl examination, that <br />the account exhibited by said Executrix is correct in all things and ought to be approved and <br />allowed and it further appearing that said Executrix has accounted for all of said estate which <br />has come into her hands it is therefore., <br />ORI19RRD,AD7U:DGED AND rECREED that the report of said Johann G.Olthoff, Executrix of the Last <br />Mill and Testament of Anton Oltho&' Seceased, be, and the same 'is approved as and for her final <br />report.. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the rpanner <br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said <br />deceased; that the time allowed for filin- claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and <br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses -of <br />said deceased and the costs of administering said es t,.te have <br />been fully paid and that all outstanding claims against said estate not filed, if any such there <br />be, are forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE Court th"t all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Anton Olthoff, De- <br />ceased, and that such estate is fully settled and closed.. <br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has received in cash, from all sources, the sum <br />of $564.03. That she has expended in cash in the course of said administration the sum of $1305. <br />60, <br />That said Executrix makes no <br />claim <br />against said <br />estate for the amount paid out in excess <br />of <br />receipts and has filed in this <br />Court <br />a waiver of <br />any claim on account of said excess payments. <br />The Court finds that the said Anton Olthoff departed this life on the 14" day of ifarch,1918, <br />leaving a last will and testament which was admitted to probate on the 3" day of April,1918.. <br />
