Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />Filed for record this 24 day of September 1919, at 10 o'clock A.M. <br />Register of Deeds <br />- 0- 0- 0- 0- C- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- C- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0 -0 -0 -0 <br />LAST WILL AND TFSTANENT AND CFRTIFIC&E AND FINAL IIECREE._ <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate ) <br />of ) FINAL DECRF1:. <br />Y <br />THOMAS M.HAINLINE, rECrASFD.) <br />This cause came for hearing this 2nd day of August,1919, upon the final report of Mary B. <br />Hainline, executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Thomas M.Hainline, deceased. <br />On examination of the files and records and on consideration of the testimony the court finds <br />thz,t notice has been given to all persons interested of the time fixed for this hearing as re- <br />quired by order of court; that the report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; <br />that said executrix has accounted for all of the estate which came to her possession and that <br />there remains no property in her hands for distrioution. <br />That court finds that notice was given to creditors as required by law, of the time allowed <br />and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time limited for filing claim <br />has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said deceased, if any such exist, are <br />therefore forever barred and excluded; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have <br />been paid and satisfied. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims against the estate of Thomas M.Iiainline, deceased, and that said i%tate is <br />fully closed.. <br />It is further considered by the court that the report of 11"ry B.Hainline, executrix, be and <br />the same hereby is approved and allowed us and for her final account and she is discharged of <br />her trust. <br />The court finds that the said Thomas ILHainline departed this ];i-fe 24th day of November,1918, <br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebrwska, and that he left a last will <br />and testament which instrument was duly allowed and admitted to probate on the 27th day of Dec- <br />em;ber,1918, and recorded in this office. <br />The court finds that under the terms and provisions of said 14st will and testament all of the <br />property of the testator passed and descended at his death to Mary B- Hainline, his widow, in ab- <br />solute title. <br />The court finds that the said Thomas IVI.Hainline died seized in fee of an undivided one -half in <br />terest in the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebrask4t <br />
